DRIVER RULES<\/span><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    Drivers must wear the uniform or dress code predetermined by HEY Service management.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    At least one active phone number must be available for constant communication, and all calls must be answered immediately.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Personal hygiene, such as hairstyle and facial cleanliness, must be strictly maintained.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Drivers must behave respectfully with children, always following the principle of mutual respect. Unnecessary conversations are prohibited unless required. Nervous or aggressive behavior in front of children is strictly forbidden.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Smoking is strictly prohibited in schoolyards, service vehicles, near parents\u2019 homes, or anywhere within children\u2019s sight or smell.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Drivers are responsible for the full maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the vehicles.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Drivers are accountable for any undesirable incidents that occur during the transportation and delivery of children to or from school and home.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Drivers must arrive at school at least 15 minutes, and no later than 5 minutes, before the first lesson begins.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    For the last lesson, drivers must arrive at school 30 minutes before dismissal.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    When children need to cross the street, drivers must ensure their safe passage at risky locations.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The maximum speed on city roads must not exceed 60 km\/h.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Audio and video systems must not be used during transportation. On the way home, only educational and informative music or films may be played.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Drivers may wait for students at the door for a maximum of 3 minutes. Parents must be called at least 5 minutes before arrival at the address.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Drivers must not accept service fees or any other payments directly from parents. If unavoidable, the received amount must be handed over to the authorized company representative the same day, or reported immediately if delivery is not possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Drivers must report any disputes or problems to HEY Service management and must not attempt to resolve them independently.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR DRIVERS<\/span><\/h5>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Must comply with the designated dress code.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Must possess the required skills and conditions for the service provided.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Must be at least 21 years old and have completed at least secondary education.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Must provide a certificate of no criminal record.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Must provide a health report from authorized institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Must hold a valid category D driver\u2019s license.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Within the last five (5) years, must not have been convicted of driving under the influence, involvement in fatal accidents, or license suspension due to speeding violations.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Must pass a psychotechnical test.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR VEHICLES<\/span><\/h5>\n

      • \n

        Service vehicles must have a visible \u201cSCHOOL BUS\u201d sign and band at the back.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        The sign \u201cIF DRIVEN UNSAFELY\u2026\u201d must be displayed on all vehicles.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Every vehicle must be equipped with a first aid kit.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Vehicles with a capacity of more than 11 passengers must have doors that can be opened\/closed by the driver automatically or remotely, and be equipped with optical or acoustic signals that notify the driver when doors are open or closed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Service vehicles must undergo monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections and maintenance.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Vehicles must not be older than 15 years, calculated from the year of first sale after production.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        All windows and glass surfaces accessible to children must be locked and secured. Sharp or dangerous materials in the passenger compartment are prohibited. Any exposed hard or metallic surfaces must either be replaced with soft alternatives or covered with protective padding.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Must show the seriousness of a teacher combined with the warmth of a parent.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Must not address students by nicknames or informal terms.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Loud, upsetting, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Must always remain calm, smiling, and positive.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Personal problems must not be shown to students.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Must actively ensure children\u2019s safety when crossing dangerous roads and during handover to parents.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Must prevent any contact between students and suspicious or unknown individuals, in line with the company\u2019s safety protocols.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Must gradually teach and familiarize students with service rules, encouraging them to follow these practices.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Must be responsible for monitoring students\u2019 behavior and actions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Must encourage students towards positive behavior.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Must provide assistance in understanding and applying safety rules.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Must ensure children learn proper boarding and exiting rules for the vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Must instill respect for the rights and safety of other passengers.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Must always serve as a positive role model.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Behavior with Parents<\/span><\/h3>\n

              Must know parents by name.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Must address them respectfully (e.g., \u201cTeacher,\u201d \u201cMr.,\u201d \u201cMs.\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Must always be polite, smiling, and kind; rudeness is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Must avoid excessive familiarity, personal dialogue, or informal relationships.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Must report directly to supervisors; problems must be addressed with them, and serious disputes referred to company management.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  Must keep the corporate phone active 24\/7 and respond to all calls.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  The use of social media or lengthy personal phone calls during service is strictly forbidden.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Must supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company rules regarding music, behavior, smoking, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
